Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of listings, rental terms, property details, and uploaded lease content. Tenants are responsible for reviewing lease materials and uploaded documents before submission. The platform does not replace independent legal review where one is required.

Payments

Rent and related charges processed through the platform may rely on third-party payment providers. Processing times, settlement windows, reversals, disputes, and payment method availability may depend on those providers and the applicable banking network.

Acceptable Conduct

Availability and Changes
